Hope to see you there!
Breaking news! I just signed the contract today at the John Waldron Arts Center for our next show, Mosaic III: A Tapestry of Middle Eastern Dances! Unfortunately, Mohamed Shahin will be out of the country for this show. Therefore, I have asked Karim Nagi to be our special guest artist! www.turbotabla.com
Karim will dancing in the show on August 30, and then teaching two workshops on August 31, both of which will take place at the Waldron, www.artlives.org. Tickets can be purchased online ahead of time, or at the show. There are only 200 available, so make sure and get yours early!
We will have the show poster and registraton flyer for the workshops done soon! Most likely he will teach the dancer/drummer communication and finger cymbals workshops. Here is a list that he offers: www.turbotabla.com/study. Any suggestions about what you would like offered please let me know!
